For thirty years, I had dreamt of building a golf course that could be played forwards or backwards. When our client Lew Thompson said he needed a course that would wow people, and make them want to stay over and play again the next day, I knew I’d found the right client to make my dream come to life.
The most exciting feedback about the golf course is how different the [clockwise] Black course is from the [counter-clockwise] Red. Many friends have said they would not even have recognized it as being on the same land, because the approach shots present so differently with a different angle to the green, and a different background.
